Well it is the best place in Butterworth. I spend two nights to wait for a freind. Room was OK. They have a couple of expensive venues downstaires. For the food go to the Nasi Kandar on the corner of main street. Brilliant food.
Wifi was dead slow, no food options, and expensive over all for what it was.

This hotel is a great value for money with reasonable prices. The location is fantastic, right in the center of the commercial area and close to the city center. The staff is attentive and the rooms are in good condition.
One small improvement could be made.

Convenient Location and Friendly Staff
During my recent visit to Penang, I had the opportunity to stay at a wonderful hotel in Butterworth. The hotel, located in a strategic area near various eateries and attractions, provided me with a great experience. The room rate was affordable, and the size of the room was impressive. Not to mention, the staff members were extremely friendly and accommodating.

The hotel is new. Water flow of shower is great.
1. The road to the hotel is unpaved although the hotel has operated for 8 months! 2. The air cond of the room is not cold enough. Luckily the hotel room is installed with CEILING FAN... 3. There is a pub at the entrance of hotel and the music volume is very loud. Luckily can't hear it in the hotel room.

The cleanliness and the furnishing being new. The lobby gave you a grand feeling. for the price, its indeed value for money.
Be it business or leisure travellers, internet connectivity in today's environment is a MUST! What more I am a business traveller. The room can detect wifi but cannot connect. Internet connectivity is only limited to ground floor. Which means, i have to work off-line, then take my notebook to the ground floor, connect then push out my mail. How inconvenient! Also, the air-cond in the room and lobby area seems low. Even when i push my room air cond to high and lowest temp, i can hardly feel the coolness.

This hotel is great value for money, with affordable prices that won't break the bank. The staff are friendly and provide quick check-ins. The rooms are in good condition, with comfortable beds and basic amenities provided. The location is central and convenient, with easy access to the commercial area and nightlife nearby.
No major issues or complaints, everything was satisfactory.

Clean
Road leading to the hotel is not visible from the main road. Lack of sign boards. And the any sound from the room corridor can be heard clearly inside the room. Need to put up notices telling the guest to tone down while talking at the corridor.

The location is quite convenient, close to some nightlife spots and near the bridge to the island. this can lead to some noise issues due to the karaoke from the front street. the room is decent but could use some updating, and the bathroom is not great. the service is slow, and the breakfast is not worth the price. there is free covered parking and some useful amenities like a sewing kit.
The air conditioning is unreliable, and the pillows are too soft for a comfortable night's sleep.
